If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways:

(a) information you provide directly,
(b) information automatically collected when you use the Service, and
(c) information received from third parties.

We may receive data from:

  • Communications providers (e.g., Twilio) for call connection details
  • Analytics and marketing partners (e.g. Google) to help improve the Service

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics or research that does not personally identify you.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data as follows:

  • With Payment Processors: Stripe receives necessary transaction and identity data to process payments and comply with KYC/AML laws.
  • With Communication Providers: Twilio and similar vendors may process call connection data (not call content).
  • With Service Providers: Trusted vendors that help with hosting, analytics, security, or support.
  • With Legal Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlexCalls or others.

5. Payment Information

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

FlexCalls does not store full credit card or bank account numbers on its servers.

Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms of service.
